Senior Manager, Health Communications
Signal is seeking a communications senior manager with razor-sharp communications skills, an inherent sense of curiosity and a bold, creative mind to serve our public relations and public affairs work in public health and healthcare.
This role will lead the development, implementation, and execution of communication strategies and materials, conduct routine senior-level client contact, interact with journalists in a variety of U.S. and international markets, support clients’ conference planning, and track project progress and deadlines.

Signal’s office is now open, and employees may work remotely; however, this position is based in the Washington, D.C. area.
We believe in supporting our team and offer a generous salary and benefits package. This position starts at $90,000 and the salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits and perks include:
