Senior Vice President, Digital
Signal is seeking a senior vice president to lead our digital practice. This role will determine the direction of our work, provide counsel, lead staff, and design and implement creative strategies to advance client policy and brand objectives. The position also helps generate new clients and opportunities for the firm, playing a vital role in shaping Signal’s future.
Responsibilities of the SVP:
- Grow: Identity, cultivate and close new clients to add to our roster.
- Manage: Serve as a counselor and advisor to clients and lead a team to ensure delivery of quality work that advances client priorities.
- Expand: Signal’s expertise in digital communications.
- Excel: Oversee seamless delivery of the work product and campaigns through effective planning, coordination, communication, and staffing.
This role will:
- Develop and execute a long-term digital vision and strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
- Identify emerging digital trends and opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the digital team.
- Lead team members to maximize their potential and drive results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that integrate earned, owned, and paid media.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized digital solutions.
- Expand our client network with new programs and campaign.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of earned, owned, and paid media channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, website development and email marketing.
- Understanding and openness for integration of AI, data-driven strategy and analytics.
- Identify emerging digital trends and opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
- 12+ years of previous digital or public affairs work experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, developing strong workplace culture, and mentoring talent.
- A desire to work in a fun, fluid, and fast-paced environment.

We believe in supporting our team and offer a generous salary and benefits package. The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $225,000.
